Tigana S. Duncan
"Coach" Duncan is the visionary for leading S.T.A.N.D programming and resources to benefit the whole family. Born in Trinidad & Tobago, he learned firsthand the importance of family and community. "It was life challenges and circumstances that created my desire to serve others. He takes great pride in being a family man, married to his wife of 16 years, Marie. They have four children: Darryl, Jeremiah, Joy, and Destiny.

Jahlil Jarrett
Jahlil was born and grew up in Brooklyn, NY prior to relocating to Maryland. "In my lifetime, I've experienced some tough hardships and some beautiful blessings. What I've learned is that every single experience is critical in developing you into your best self. I'm a mentor today to make sure my community understands they are not alone in this journey called life."

Darryl Jeffries Jr.
Originally from Baltimore, Md., Darryl attended Howard Community College for two and half years before transferring to Frostburg State University where he studied education. "I knew that helping youth was my purpose. I was one of the first group of boys to come through the S.T.A.N.D program and being able to still be a part of the program as a mentor and director is an amazing feeling." When Darryl is not mentoring, he is teaching at Wild Lake Middle School in Howard County. "Working with kids is just something I love to do!

Dr. Tracey Wheatley
Dr. Wheatley is a devoted servant of God, called to guide people from traditional church mindsets to a Kingdom God perspective. Driven by her desire to fulfill her God-given mission and an ordained Elder in the Lord's church, Dr. Wheatley founded Living Life Unbroken, a ministry aimed at empowering church leaders and supporting marriages in need of restoration. In addition to her ministry work, Dr. Wheately launched Synergy Mobile Labs in 2023 to serve the community with essential medical services to help communities achieve optimal health. Dr. Wheatley shares her life, ministry, and business with her amazing husband Craig. Together they are the proud parents to six adult children and four grandchildren.

Shelly L. Burgess

Passionate about youth and seeing them fulfill their purpose, Shelly is a native Washingtonian and grew up in Columbia, Md. and Southern New Jersey. Ordained as an Elder in the Lord's church in 2003, she has been a member of Kingdom Worship Center for 29 years. She recently culminated a 36 -year career in public affairs, retiring from the U S Food and Drug Administration as Senior Advisor for Strategic Communications and Media. Currently, she is the Director of Communications's and Public Affairs for an international consulting, strategy, investment and technology firm. She has served on various Boards as Chair and is recognized for her ability to strategically guide non-profits from inception to sustainability, positioning them to effortlessly meet the needs of the communities they serve. She has a bachelor's in communications and a masters in public affairs.

A. Michelle Jackson is a communications director for a local transit planning organization. She is passionate about developing and connecting people to resources. Jackson is an advocate for youth, workforce development , and emerging entrepreneurs. she has a bachelor's in political science and a master's in communications. Previously, Jackson has served on various Boards including the Project JumpStart, Y of Central Maryland, Govans Ecumenical Development Corporation, and Morgan State University's Entrepreneurial DevelopmentAssistance Center.

Jonathan E. Smith

Jonathan is a native Baltimorean born on June 17, 2010. He was recently promoted to the 9th grade from Roland Park Elementary Middle School. In his earlier years, he was fascinated with trains. Currently, he loves go-cart racing, gaming, and swimming. Well-liked by many, young and old; Jonathan is an only child easily makes friends. He has the innate ability to connect with perfect strangers and if often found giving food and money to the poor. As a member of Kingdom Worship Center, he works diligently in the Media ministry and supports the Fine Arts Ministry as a backstage support manager. He aspires to grow spiritually, attend college, and then enlists into the armed forces.
